The bridal clutch carries the lipstick, the phone, the safety pins, the emergency bobby pins, and the small velvet pouch from the in-laws. It needs to match (or contrast intentionally) with the outfit and survive being passed to a bridesmaid for two hours.
We curate embellished clutches, traditional potlis (drawstring pouches in silk with metalwork), and contemporary minaudières from Indian designers. For ceremony outfits a heavier embellished piece sits well; for the Sangeet or Mehndi a lighter potli is more practical and photographs better in dance shots.
