Groom footwear breaks into two sets: traditional (mojaris or jootis for the ceremony, often embroidered or beaded) and Western (Oxfords, brogues, loafers for the reception suit). Most grooms own one good pair of each by their wedding day.
We feature embellished mojaris from Punjabi and Rajasthani makers, contemporary fusion mojaris in unusual colours (deep wine, forest green) for grooms who don't want classic ivory or red, and the Western dress shoes that pair cleanly with a reception tuxedo.
Practical note: traditional mojaris are flat and unforgiving over 6 hours. Bring memory-foam insoles. They fit; nobody can see them.
